Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Unclaimed account and all the data in it at any time.

Option 1: in the app (instant)

Open Unclaimed and go to the Settings tab.
Under Your data, tap Delete account.
Read the summary, type DELETE and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

Option 2: by email (if you can't open the app)

Email support@getunclaimed.app with the subject Delete my Unclaimed account, from the email address you use to sign in. We'll confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in email
The cards you added, nicknames and open dates
All credit usage, enrollment and history, and your reminder settings stored with your account
Any household you created

Copies in our provider's routine backups are removed as those backups roll off. We may keep limited records where the law requires it.

Subscribed? Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you're not billed again.
